Dr. John Morgan is Associate Director of the Institute of Wellness and Learning, Inc. (IWL). He is also the CEO of the Life Performance Institute LLC and Chairman of the Executive Committee. He is a consultant to Safe Airline Flying Environment Inc., a private sky marshal company. He is a retired United States Air Force Colonel, former military pilot and a retired Air Line Captain.
Dr. Morgan is a lecturer, college professor, military and civilian executive, behavior and leadership expert, strategist and counselor and author.
Dr. Morgan has a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Science (with distinction), a Masters Degree in Management (with distinction) and a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Development with a concentration in Leadership and Psychology.
He is also a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University and Air Force Command and Staff College. A Viet-Nam veteran, his decorations include the Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross. and the Air Force and Joint Service Meritorious Service Award.
Dr. Morgan is a coveted public speaker who has given seminars and trainings to youth, young adults, athletes and sports teams from various ethic and socio-economic backgrounds. His pattern of success is defined by his positive attitude, dynamic leadership style and his uncanny ability to motivate others.

Dr. Christina Morgan is founder and President of the Institute of Wellness and Learning, Inc. (IWL), President of the Life Performance Institute LLC, Vice Chairman of the Board and Senior Editor of the Life Performance Institute website. She is a lecturer, college professor, executive, licensed psychologist, board certified professional counselor and an author whose book will soon be published. For the past 10 years, she has been an adjunct faculty member at three colleges and universities. She teaches psychology, criminal justice, personal effectiveness training, career development and leadership.
Dr. Morgan has a Doctoral degree (with distinction) in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Forensics; a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Science degree in Psychology (with distinction).
Dr. Morgan has worked with a diverse group of ethnic, socio-cultural and socio-economic populations and problem areas. Her pattern of success is defined by her can do spirit and unbridled optimism. Capt. Rick Morgan is the founder of the Life Performance Institute. He is a former United States Air Force Officer and jet pilot, a career airline pilot, and educator. He is a combat veteran of Kosovo, Bosnia, the Middle East conflict, and the South and Central American drug wars. Capt. Morgan is currently an airline pilot for a major US airline. He currently flies the Boeing 737-800 series aircraft. Capt. Morgan was an adjunct professor in the aviation department at Miami-Dade College and is a State of Utah certified Off-Road Motorcycle and Vehicle instructor. Capt. Morgan earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. While at CU, he walked on the varsity football team and earned a scholarship and a letter playing strong and free safety for the Mighty Buffalo defense. After college, Capt. Morgan attended and graduated from the Comair Flight Academy, now known as the Delta Training Academy. As a top student, he was asked to remain on the faculty to teach other pilots. It was here where Capt. Morgan developed a passion for teaching. In the United States Air Force, Capt. Morgan served as a combat mission qualified Aircraft Commander in a worldwide deployable airlift squadron. He flew tactical airlift in the C-130 for ten years. Through various Air Force Leadership Schools and as an Aircraft Commander he honed his leadership skills and abilities. Among his decorations are: The Air Force Achievement Medal, The Aerial Achievement Medal and The Air Force Commendation Medal. Capt. Morgan is a stand up leader, has a keen sense of performance and is a role model of leadership. After all these years, he is still a dedicated athlete and is always outside. In the winter, Rick is an active snow boarder and skier. In the summer months, Rick can be found riding either his bike or motorcycle in the nearby mountain trails or riding his BMX bike at the local skate park. His current hobbies include traveling, adventure, and learning. He volunteers his time at a local resort, coaches his son’s teams and teaches for the State of Utah as a certified Off-Road Motorcycle and Vehicle instructor. His athletic achievements, military duty, and flight instruction experience define Captain Morgan's leadership style and approach.
